I first started out as a freelance social media manager, back in 2020. I worked mainly with clients in the UK equestrian sector, helping them manage their social media accounts. However, I soon found that social media marketing did not reflect or align with my natural traits or talents as an introverted business owner. The energy-sapping hamster wheel of social media was totally draining, and I knew there had to be a better way. That was when I turned towards SEO and blogging, and now I want to help other small business owners like me unlock the long-term, long-lasting benefits of this often under-utilised and misunderstood marketing channel.
